Ingebjøg Vilhelmsen is a Norwegian cornet player, instrumental teacher, arranger and composer.
She has achieved a Masters in Musicology at the University of Oslo with composition of contest music for brass band as main subject. She has also studied music at the Goldsmiths University of London and at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo.
Besides her work at Noteservice in Oslo, she is also in professional charge for band repertoire in the Norwegian encyclopaedia ""Store Norske Leksikon""
